At least one author including a presenter for each accepted paper must register by January 24, 2003, for the paper to be included in the Program and Proceedings.
When you send the registration form to Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd., you will soon receive a confirmation FAX from Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. This also informs you a registration ID number which will be required when you will submit your camera-ready papers.
The registration fees are the same as those for the authors above. However, the registration must be done until March 19, 2003.
